This is my first non me OC ------------------------------------------------------------------------- BACROUND he was applicant 100 but instead of trying to get to the 'promised land' he tried to take tartars position so he could use the sanitized for his own use so he partially sanitized him self making him even more corrupt then he already is ------------------------------------------------------------------------- OTHER INFO - he likes to act innocent and hurt to gain ur pity - he is known through out the applicants as the dark overlord - tartar dosen't actually trust him but finds that help would make his play work out better ------------------------------------------------------------------------- If u have questions/wanna know more say in chat
