Use up to go forward and use the left/right arrow keys to turn. The icon in the top left corner tells you how many mushrooms you have, and the one in the bottom left tells you how many you need to complete the level. Hit the mushroom to gain a mushroom. If you touch the red thorns, then you lose all your mushrooms and restart the level. Rest of instructions ingame.
