I wanted to keep it as a starry sky because my username is StarrySky--! Also, whenever I change the theme I will also change the music of the project and the description decorations. In the project its tips on being a good friend on Scratch. These tips also work for making friends on Scratch so you can use it for that too. I decided to make it because it may be hard to be a good friend on Scratch because you don't actually know the person in real life. The only place you can talk is in comments. Also, these tips help make you and your "friend" real friends. You can be friends with anyone by just asking "Want to be friends" and them saying yes.
