[WARNING: JUMPSCARES AND MILD VIOLENCE ARE IN THIS GAME. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.] How long can you survive? This endless night gets harder and harder as it progresses, starting with 5 animatronics, eventually being able to get up to... Well, much more. So of course, your gonna need to know how to survive. First of all, press space to put your mask on. This is very important to ward of certain animatronics. Press it again to take your mask off. Press Z to use a controlled shock (Takes 7.5 seconds to recharge, so use it wisely). If an animatronic is jumping at you, sometimes this can make them temporarily go away. However, every animatronic reacts to this in a different way. When your facing right, press S to pull out your control panel, and press A to turn it on. This control panel allows you to enable systems, but only one at a time- so you should always make sure to choose the right one for the situation your in. Press 1 2 3 or 4 to choose the different systems (only when the control panel is out and the power is on) The VENT DETECTOR beeps if it picks up on something in the vent. The HALL DETECTOR does the same thing, but with the hall. The NOISE DETECTOR picks up on strange, possibly humanoid or animal noises, and alerts you of them. The AIR CONDITIONER can help you relax, making you less vulnerable. Press UP to see how long you've been alive, and the world record. Press DOWN to make this go away. Every animatronic has different mechanics, and different ways you need to defeat it. However, many animatronics will NOT HARM YOU. they will only temporarily distract you, and make you more vulnerable to some of the stronger animatronics. ANIMATRONIC GUIDES: Phantom BB: When you zap, there is a one in 3 chance he will appear on your screen. When this happens, put on your mask. TIP: Whenever you zap, put on your mask right after. Phantom Marionette: Sometimes while your control pad is out, he will suddenly appear on your screen. Quickly put on your mask before he starts breathing, or he'll stay there, obstructing your view. TIP: If you turn your systems on quicker, there is a lower chance of him appearing. NOTE: He is the only character that doesn't kill or make you more vulnerable. He's simply a distraction. Phantom Chica: Sometimes, your vision will suddenly suffer a flash of distortion. Right after, you'll see Phantom Chica hanging off of the ceiling. You need to zap her quickly, or she'll jumpscare you. Phantom Foxy: Foxy will randomly appear in front of you, moving from side to side. In the middle of doing this, he'll suddenly charge at you, leaving you little time to shock him. TIP: Get ready to press Z if you see him moving towards the middle, because that means he's going to jump. However, sometimes he tricks you, and doesn't- but when he jumps, it's always from the middle. SPRINGTRAP: When you turn left, he can randomly attack you. You can stop this with a well timed shock right before he attacks you, but the only way to really know when he will attack you is to use the hall detector. He becomes more hostile depending on how vulnerable you are, which depends on how many times you've been jumpscared. UNLOCKABLES (In order of when they appear) No more tips from now on, you guys are on your own. SCRAPTRAP: If you hear him in the vents (or hear your vent detector beep), quickly put on your mask, or you'll face your death. MANGLE: Sometimes, you'll suddenly hear one of her two voice lines. The YOU'LL LOOK JUST LIKE ME line means that you need to put your mask on, and the TAKE APART line means that you need to get ready to controlled shock in the middle of her jumpscare. SHADOW FREDDY: If you hear some strange noises, you might want to pull up your monitor and quickly turn the power on. If you fail to do this quick enough (which you likely will, due to you having very little time), he'll jumpscare you. This doesn't kill you, but it makes you THREE TIMES more vulnerable than the phantoms do. The air conditioner can repel him. FREDBEAR: If you hear laughing, put on your mask. This sounds rather simple, but later in the night, when there are sounds EVERYWHERE you need to listen for, it becomes difficult to find this one little sound. Failing to do this will lead to your demise. You can use the hall monitor to tell when he is coming, however. GOLDEN FOXY: If you hear footsteps, put your mask on, and wait for it to go silent for a small moment. When it goes silent, quickly take off your mask and get ready to shock him in the middle of the jumpscare. Using the noise detector can let you know when he's nearby. That's all for now, but I can assure you, there's still MUCH MORE to come.
Credit to Scott Cawthon for creating the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise, and most of the characters in this game. Everything in this game except for most of the sprites are made by me. Be aware, this game is a major work in progress, and it may be very buggy. Remember to report any glitches you find in the comments! I've been working on this game for hours a day, and it's been surprisingly fun! I'm glad to finally be publishing it, and I hope you enjoy playing this game as much as I enjoyed making it!
