This timer has intervals to rest. Basically, you can choose how many exercises, how many sets of exercises, and the amount of time you are working and resting. An example workout would be: 4 sets, 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off, - push-ups - sit-ups - squats - lunges (this would be a workout with 4 exercises)
Thanks to @stsha001 for the love, fave, and follow icons! I got inspired to make this because to stay in shape for soccer, our coach asked us to do workouts for specific amounts of time.
