So yeah, a new main! :D It also means that Florence is stepping down now. Also sorry, for my recent inactivity, I've been working on a few things, so I haven't been posting much. ☆-----------------------------------------------------------☆ Name: Calypso Age: Unknown (ooo mysterious) Characteristics: Shy, gentle, happy ☆-----------------------------------------------------------☆ Backstory~~ Calypso fell to the ground, thankfully landing in a soft pile of leaves. She looked around. Everything was pitch black, except for the bright light surrounding her. She scrunched up her face trying to remember why she was here. A single memory of her past, anything. But she found nothing. It was as if her memories were erased, or if she has no memories at all. She slowly got up, as she moved through the blackness she realized she was in a forest of some sort. All of a sudden she heard a mighty roar and heavy footsteps coming from behind her. She woke up. She was in a bed shivering from her frightening dream. The same dream she'd been having for a while. She took deep breaths calming herself down. She could hear her family's slow breathing as they slept. Calypso slowly laid back down in her bed. What was that dream trying to tell her? She looked out the window, seeing the stars shine in the night sky. The sight of stars always seemed to calm her for some reason. She spotted on exceptionally bright star, that was getting larger and larger. It almost seemed as if it was zooming towards her. She quickly realized that it was. As it got a few inches away from her window she pulled her blankets over herself, bracing for some sort of impact. To her surprise, it stopped just in front of her window. She peeked out from under her blankets and crept out of bed. She carefully opened her window to see what would happen. The star stayed there, its warm glow almost blinding Calypso. Suddenly, the star sped into her bedroom. Calypso's eyes widened. "Hello" Calypso turned around to find the source of the voice. "I'm the star" said the voice again. Calypso turned back. How could a flaming ball of gas, speak? "We are closer in relation than you think." Now Calypso was getting confused. "What do you mean? I'm a cat and you're a star!" Calypso exclaimed. "Right and wrong" spoke the star. "What?" "You're part star, Calypso" Calypso froze. Part star? No, that wasn't possible. "But...my family! They're normal! So, so am I!" Calypso said. "Calypso." "Yes?" "You were born from a star, you crashed into Earth. Your 'family' is not your true family." exclaimed the star. "How do you know this?" Calypso asked. The star paused. "I know because I am your mother." ☆-☆-☆-☆-☆-☆-☆-☆-☆-☆-☆-☆-☆-☆-☆-☆-☆-☆
