You are Pacman. You use the arrow keys to move and you need to eat all the dots in the maze to move on to the next level. There are two levels. Your enemies are the ghosts Inky, Pinky, Blinky, and Clyde who are intelligent ghosts and will try to get you. If they do get you, you lose a life. Eating the flashy thingumabobs let you eat the ghosts, but you only get 10 seconds until the ghosts go back to normal. The ghosts also run away from you if you eat the flashy thingy. If you eat a ghost you will disable it for the rest of the round. Dots are worth 10 points and if you eat a ghost you get 200 points. Hope I didn't miss something. Have fun =).
