Self-Care Camp is camp/retreat that helps you to learn how to take care of your self better. It runs for six weeks with each week themed around a new topic. What Are The Cabins? The six different cabins are: Emotional Self-Care Physical Self-Care Practical Self-Care Mental Self-Care Social Self-Care Spiritual Self-Care Each cabin is mainly for seperation purposes, the name doesn't correspond with what you'll be doing.
