I was searching for inspiration and I clicked into the sprite library to explore what the possibilities were. Once there, when I saw the unicorn + dog walk cycles, I was inspired to create a simple scrolling animation, but with a whimsical touch of Mary Poppins! It was still an opportunity to explore layers, and I debated finally using a "stop [all]" (which I still never have), but it didn't work for me. If I had more time, I would make my own scrolling background and draw my own sprites - alas, another time! Thank you to @HACKINGTONS for the scrolling project background!
