This puzzle is part of problem solving course that I teach to middle and high school children. It's a simple implementation of the famous puzzle: Jumping Frogs/tokens, where the objective is to swap the positions of the green and red frogs. The green frogs can move 'forward' in Right direction and Red frogs move 'forward' in Left direction. The only moves allowed are a 'Slide' where the frog slides to the vacant position next to it and a 'Jump', where the frog can jump over another frog (of different colour) to the vacant position. The frogs can't go backward. The objective is to solve the puzzle in least number of moves. The game already factors in only legal moves, so once it's solved, you should know that you have done it in least number of moves! If you get stuck, and none of the frogs are moving, restart the game by clicking on green flag again. In order to challenge yourself for 4 or 5 frogs on either side, first try to solve 1 frog, then 2 and then 3; and then try to see what pattern emerges out. The hints of 'Slides' and 'Jumps' at the bottom of the screen should give you some ideas to crack the 4/5 frogs puzzle.
