The animation itself works automatically. Just wait for between 60 and 120 seconds, and the animation will happen: - The preliminary amber lights shine for five seconds and the tabla drums begin to play (sorry, what?), causing any approaching cars to smoothly slow to a stop at the white stop line. - The red crossing lights begin to flash. - The half-barriers descend over the left half of the road, and the drums stop playing when they reach 90 degrees. - The train appears within 10-15 seconds. - The barriers rise, the lights stop flashing and the road traffic begins to start and speed up. - The animation restarts 60-120 seconds later.
The animation from my most popular project, 'Railroad Crossing Mania', except: - I have made a much better level crossing. - The stop line is clearer, so the cars never have to stop on the crossing. - The project is fully automatic and has 1970s UK equipment. - The way the cars worked, with clones, was removed because it didn't work properly and I had trouble with it. - Trains now work in both directions. Note: the reason there are tabla drums instead of bells or alarms is because it was a feature of the original "Railroad Crossing Mania" project from before. Easter egg: Notice the train skins? 3fl9s7 and the rest of my other level crossing projects of its kind use these for the passing trains! They were originally from THIS project!
