I was thinking last week about how elevators work — if there's an idle elevator and waiting passengers at multiple floors, how does the elevator decide what to do? That served as my inspiration for this project: "control a sprite with the keyboard" led me to controlling an elevator system, and the number keys made sense to me as ways to tell the elevator where to go. With more time, I'd love to make this more interesting with multiple passengers waiting at any given time, so that there's some element of decision-making. Remixes welcome!
