Basically this program is just a test program and all you will find inside is a forever loop and one huge variable block that contains a lot of join, multiply/divide blocks and modulus and floor stuff. It may also include some abandoned blocks that I decided to leave there just for fun :P
Also, if the time doesn't seem correct from you, it's because Scratch assumes time from GMT +/- 0, which includes London and anything directly above/below/nearby it. However, current "hour/minute/second" block gives said measure of time from the time zone in your area. I have decided not to include months in the processed format as the number of days in each month are irregular.
