Try to touch the balloon and it will reappear somewhere else but if the balloon touches the cloud lightning will come out of the cloud for an infinite amount of time as long as the balloon is touching the cloud. If you touch the balloon causing it to move then it will disappear after one second of being on the cloud.
I added a high score to just make it a bit better.
