Yes, this uses bootleg sprites from both "Master Fighter VI" and "Street Fighter 2/Master Fighter 2", both for the NES. I use these because they are easier to edit than the arcade sprites of the original Street Fighter, or the SNES's Street Fighter II. Also, the F Kick animation is a custom by me using poses that he already had. The A Punch and Mid-air V use edited sprites by me, along with the stance being slightly edited.
