I'm sure you probably already know how to play Tetris. If you don't, go look it up. This game has four modes: Marathon, Sprint, StackUp, and Endless. Marathon and Sprint mode both challenge you to get the best score/time while clearing 150 (Marathon) or 40 (Sprint) lines. StackUp is a brand‐new game mode based on stack mode from Not Tetris 2. In this mode, lines do not clear. Instead, your objective is to fill as much of the board as possible before you top out. Endless mode has you playing standard Tetris until you top out. Also, do NOT click the green flag multiple times as that causes some strange results. If you need to go back to the menu, reload the page. Leaderboard: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/422832/ All programming done by me with board collision mechanic idea by imfh. Mode icons by me. All other graphics and sounds by Nintendo. Game design by Alexey Pajitnov. I'm hoping to get five more things to make this even better, so if you can provide one, please tell me in the comments! 1. Piece lock lag: For whatever reason, the game lags whenever a piece locks. This is a bug, and if anyone could help me fix it, it would be great! 2. Better StackUp icon: There's an annoying thing about the current StackUp icon. At the top, there are 2 adjacent T pieces. I would appreciate it if someone could find me a filling of a 10×16 rectangle that uses each type of piece either 5 or 6 times and doesn't have 2 pieces of the same type adjacent. 3. More mode ideas: Come up with some ideas for more modes! 4. Exit a game mid-game: Allow the player to exit to the menu by pressing B while paused. 5. Thumbnail: Pretty self-explanatory, but make it an accurate representation of this project.
