character info - could possibly be named 'Hebe' - has to drink water every so often, as she slowly shrinks due to evaporation. her memories are stored in her body but they rarely evaporate. - the hotter the environment she is in, the faster she shrinks/evaporates. this can also happen if she gets heated due to her emotions -if she has an excess amount of water in her body she can physically manipulate it -the green undershirt is actually a full-body suit that keeps her clothing dry -technically genderless due to having no reproductive organs, but goes by feminine pronouns
