Yeah its old but its still open. 1. This is a palette map in certain regards. Palates for parts can be found in the "PALETTES" sprite. 2. You can use AMV or PMV, but if you are doing PMV make it f l o w. 3. Ketchup? Go crazy as long as the scratch team wont smite you. Maybe don’t make it red though. 4. What to animate/draw? Something dramatic. You can use an OC or a fandom character. Preferably angst. 5. No vector mode. 6. Deadline? You have 1 month, with a week extension if necessary. 7. Coding rules: no forever blocks, effect blocks, background animation, and only use 2 sprites. 8. You can pick up to 4 parts. 9. Send me examples of some of your animation/art (like, 2 or 3). The experience threshold isn't high, I'm just curious more than anything (I’d call it intermediate/late-beginner).
