W A D or left up and right arrow keys to move. Go to the far right 2 times to get to the super hero room. When you are in the super hero room just stand in front of the character you want to be and click the Number or symbol on their container to switch to them. When you switch to a character if they go into a black rectangle just wait because that means they are loading and if they get stuck in the ground you will be touching the superman container so just hit 1. If you are ant man then Click S to shrink and G to grow back and if you are spiderman the just click where you want to fling to.
