Extreme agility Intelligence: Very smart. But they use a secret language called Falconese, which is a series of chirps, screeches, and whistles. Only birdwings, Proudwings, and Buzzwings can understand this amazing language. Birth and life(must include height at birth, height when adult, when they become adults, and longevity)(please be descriptive): Falconwings live for approximately 300 years, they lay 1-10 eggs the size of a maple leaf, the chicks hatch after a month and are about the same size as the egg itself. The parents separate from their flock with the chicks until the chicks are about a year old. Diet and hunting/foraging practices(they don't have to have hunting/foraging practices)(please be descriptive): These adorable little things have a very easy hunting method- when they spot their prey, they swoop down and catch it. If the said Falconwing has chicks, it will take the prey- still alive- to the chicks to let the chicks finish it off, if not they crush the prey to death with their talons. Habitat/Climate(please be descriptive): Mostly forests, but will adapt to other climates. Personality restrictions(this is optional): None. Abilities(please be detailed): Wings double as arms, with three claws at the end, they use these claws as a defense, because they use their feet to catch their prey. They have extremely keen eyesight so they can spot colossi and manticores. Random but Important Facts(please be descriptive): They usually go in separate groups called flocks, if one Falconwing catches food, the top females go first, much like spotted hyenas, the fiercest, smartest, and quickest Falconwing females are the boss- lower males and females groom the top females and do all the hunting. These critters are the symbol of wisdom among Proudwings because they are very smart. When it comes to packs, sometimes there's not enough food for some of the packs. When this occurs, packs may make a trade (usually small pieces of turf for food) to the pack who is lacking food. There are exactly 5 packs on the island. Despite their intelligence, they can be tricked rather easily, some hunters capture Falconwings to sell in the black market. --------------------- Island Name: Heartless Island Name(pronunciation): Size(small, normal island size, or large): Slightly smaller then Podryas.
