She can’t fly She has partial blindness She is a bit off balance due to her wings. Backstory Chirp once was a normal Cat but some guy took her and sold her to a scientist. He ran tests on her changing the colors of her coat and causing her eyes to morph together. Then he basically replaced her front legs with wings, he sewed her together like Frankenstein. Her body took the new limbs and they healed onto her like her own limbs.
