Sorry, it's really slow due to all the clones. This is a simulation of an ecosystem. The green represents food, the purple represents herbivores, and the red represents predators. Every 5 seconds, the animal population is adjusted based on the amount of food each individual animal ate. The food is replaced a few seconds after it is eaten. Theoretically, this should show an inverse relationship between predators and prey that goes back and forth over time. However, due to random chance, a small sample size, and lag, this isn't always the case. The green food is supposed to be immediately eaten as soon as the prey moves over it, but because of the lag this isn't always the case (too many clones). If I have time, in the future I might make the traits of the animals vary over time so natural selection can take place.
