You can change it a little bit to fit the characters you use, but no major changes. - You can use only your characters, or characters from books, movies, shows, etc. You can use other people's characters with their permission only! - You don't have to, but I recommend using a different program other than scratch to color. You can get free ones like Firealpaca and Autodesk Sketchbook :) - Once this is closed, you cannot use the lineart! It's been a while since I've entered a coloring contest, so I figured why not? Here's RiverClan's power couple Lavenderstar and Tawnybird after battle with Thunder- Clan. I decided to also add some writing for this scene from Pigeontoe's perspective to give you a better feel of what's going on. If you don't know who these characters are go check out my CDC project! -------------------------------------------------------------------- Lavenderstar streaked through combat to reach Tawnybird, who was sprawled on the ground a few feet away, sheltered by medicine cats and undergrowth, her brindle-patterned fur matted with blood and her expression contorted with pain. The healers hastily delayed the blood flowing from her wounds with strings of cobwebs, desperate to revive her before she'd return to battle again, driven by revenge and fighting with even more determination than before. They were hopelessly outnumbered, and were going to need all the cats they could get. Lavenderstar reached Tawnybird and placed her forehead to hers. Pigeontoe could make out fierce promises and whispers of affection, muffled slightly by shaky words and desperate sobs. They knew they had a small chance of surviving the ambush, and wanted to spend a moment together, despite how short it was, before Lavenderstar launched herself back into the heat of battle to defend her Clan. 'Best friends,' it seemed, was no longer an accurate description of the pair. Pigeontoe sent a quick, silent prayer to StarClan that their Clan would live to tell the tale and to escape without permanent injuries. He wished for the two she-cats to live a peaceful life together, maybe even adopt kits one day. However, the ThunderClan cats seemed to have other intentions. Pigeontoe was aware of the many lifeless cats who had died heroically fighting for their Clan that now littered the ground like pieces of fresh-kill. The enemy was fighting ruthlessly and showing no mercy, not even considering the innocent lives they might be snatching from their loved ones. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Coloring is by me, Lineart and background are not mine These two are only temporary designs Song: Surrender by Natalie Taylor
