I drew all the sprites and gave them code for size and placement. I then got a very basic head bop animation for them. This will play every 3 seconds. I also know that this is not the correct expression, but I didn't know where else to start. Also one of the "effect" sprites is very glitchy, press the green flag until it goes to front.
