You need AT LEAST TWO of the following to enter: 1. Your OC must be vector (unless you animate it in the form) 2. No recolors/stolen OCs. 3. Don't be vague (eg. "it uses rock to attack") 4. Be unique. 5. NO STEALING ANYTHING 6. OC means ORIGINAL. You have to have made it.
