This was made as part of a Scratch Design Studio prompt in 2017, dedicated to designing characters to fit within Scratch's default library. And Neddy was my poorly-drawn envision. I'm not sure what my thought process was with her, nor why I deleted this submission in the first place. Nonetheless, I welcome Neddy back into this world.
