I chose to play this song over any others because it's so underrated, and comes with an amazing message... even though I can't sing it very well. You'll probably hear me skip an octave every now and then, and that's because my voice is so much higher than the original singer's. I love this song so much because it helps me get out of the dumps whenever I'm in a bad mood, and I hope it will do the same for whoever listens to it. You may recognize this song from the 'Meet the Mormons' video, or from the version sung by One Voice Children's Choir. Please give me honest feedback in the comments below so I can improve my voice and/or ukulele skills for the next time I do a cover. If you have a song that you think would go well with my voice, please recommend it to me in the comments and I will give you credit for suggesting it if I choose to do a cover for that specific song. This song is for the finale of Scratch's Got Talent. Enjoy! Lyrics: (First Verse) There are times when You might feel aimless. Can't see the places Where you belong. But you will find that There is a purpose Been there within you All along. And when you're near it, you can almost hear it. (Chorus) It's like a symphony Just keep listening. And pretty soon you'll start To figure out your part. Everyone plays a piece And there are melodies In each one of us. Oooh it's glorious. (Second Verse) You will know how To let it ring out As you discover Who you are. Others around you Will start to wake up To the sounds that are In their hearts. It's so amazing What we're all creating. (Repeat Chorus) I know there's more to the song, but given how long it took me to record all the parts, I decided not to add to it lol Credits: David Archuletta for the original song CoolText for the thumbnail UltimateGuitar.Com for the chords The judges and contestants of Scratch's Got Talent My parents for buying me a new ukulele :D YOU for watching this ( and hopefully loved and favorited too XD ) Please follow my main account if you haven't already! @Dauntless012 Sorry about all the pausing. I kept having to stop and find the next chord. Also, I was using a pick instead of just my fingers, so that's the clicking her hear every once in a while. :P Tags: # Of #???
