This game was inspired by African American cowboys in the late 1800s. After the Civil War, Black cowboys were highly sought after in the cattle industry because they were incredibly skilled. Black cowboys faced a lot of discrimination because of their race, and today the history of Black cowboys is not widely known. Black cowboys were brave, generous, and shared deep camaraderie with their fellow cowboy companions.
