Well, I thought of it as this, I basically studied they words and I came to a conclusion that they were just fun, childish kid words. Then played through the music video and agreed. But, at the very end she meets a man who tells her to turn it down, representing the seriousness of being an adult. I kind of see it as a teenager/adult pleading for their youth. The balloon being the childhood, youth and playfulness. The hand being the adult pleading to get it back. Thanks Lionette for the contest, and pugu for the comments :)
