green flag x2 for better timing! might change the title later lol - - - this is heavily inspired by @yunnie2005's (go give them a follow, their art is amazing) "UwU" project which is now deleted, but since I really liked it I decided to make my own this is my new OC I guess, she's like a water dog! Her name is Kairi, a Japanese name for "sea".
