Do not let the bacteria penetrate your immune system (the blue wall at the bottom of the screen). If 5 bacteria breach the immune system, you lose. Use the Up, Down, Left and Right arrow keys to move. Press space to shoot disinfectant and kill the bacteria. Hold down space for a mega attack. Hide behind the immune system when viruses charge at you.
