Art is Mine, the character design is by @kiibs Adding on other things too- Song: Emotions Okay so! Bio Name: Kai Gender: Male Prefrence: Unknown Species: Human (Experimented on) Age: Unknown Likes: Destruction/chaos, negativity, cats, coffee. Dislikes: Peace, calmness, green tea, brightness. -----------------------------Story----------------------------- Kai sat on a office roof, looking down at the destruction that's been caused from the recent battle. The fires that were lit were tall and the that smoke emitted from them nearly met the clouds. The occasional wind picked up ashes and ember and lit fires to places that were untouched. The town was nearly vacant with only a few people hanging around to rescue or loot. He watched as people rushed into a building and rescued someone, all of them barely making it out before the entrance collapsed. He chuckled. "It feels foolish for them to risk their lives for one person, doesn't it?" Kai smiled and quietly agreed with the voice which was behind him. After a moment, the speaker sat down next to him. "I still don't understand why they'd rescue someone when the person being rescued most likely wouldn't repay the debt." Kai looked over to see his old friend, Tau, staring at the small bustling group below. (Tau is somewhat inside the project. The guy with the mask being messed with. Anyways...) Kai sniffed the air before looking at Tau's hands. "I smell coffee. Where is it?" Tau laughed, looked at Kai, then stood up. Kai had a unhealthy obsession with coffee. It was the first thing he'd tasted after breaking free from the testing facility. He'd hated being experimenting on. He hated it with a passion. He made a promise to finish the ones who'd never cared about him. They'd only cared about the research. Kai snapped back once Tau started talking. "I was just at a coffee shop. It's been hidden to avoid being destroyed. Apparently, only those with a Guardian's locket can enter." Tau paused for a moment. He smiled and pulled a locket out of his pocket. The design etched on the front depected a swooping owl. It seemed so lifelike despite it being on a locket. Kai instantly became curious. "Ooooo. Where'd you get it?" He pestered. Tau admired the design for a moment before returning the locket back. He looked at Kai, then started down the crumbling stairwell of the building. "Ah okay! So it's one of those, ' don't speak about it,' things?" He shouted down the stairwell. There was no answer. Kai sighed and slid off the roof, his wings widened. He spread his wings to catch as much air as possible and started glide downwards like how crows do once they find food. He loved the way it felt to fly. To feel free yet at the mercy at the weather. He loved the danger it posed. At first, he glided. Riding the low wind. After a while he adjusted himself, and dived downward. He was slightly blinded at the wind lashing his face but he started getting closer to the ground. He quickly pulled back, spreading his wings to catch as much air as possible. He came down and almost landed incorrectly. If he'd would have landed the wrong way, his leg would have surely broke. He chuckled a bit as he caught his breath. The exelleration immediately being missed as he stood back up. Tau was leaning on the nearly broken doorframe of the building. "Done with your little, joyride?" He commented. Kai gave him a side eye before catching his breath. "Yeah." Tau tossed the locket to Kai, which hit him in the face. "Augh-" Kai quickly caught it before it hit the ground. "Take it and go to that one little coffee shop you though went out of business. I'll meet you there, I have something I need to do." Tau started down an alley. Kai was about to speak before getting cut off. "You'll know it when you see it." Tau said before disappearing into the smog. Kai tried to look to see which way he was going but the smog was too thick and all he could make out was a melted dumpster. He sighed and did a running start to start flying. He smiled as he gazed back down at the burning buildings. A person just barely escaped the lashing flames. "Hopefully I'll stay off of sides for the entire battle." He sighed "Can't make that mistake again." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And there is the story- hhhhhhhhh. Any issues dont hesitate to tell me!
