This is my first time making a villain... XD DID I DO GUD? I'm bad at villains C: I saw the page for the Sound Manipulation powers (look in notes) and I was like WHATINEEDTOMAKEANFCWITHTHOSEPOWERS then i made this yay I'm also not that good at guy designs o-o eh also yes he only has 2 spike things on his head deal with it Also he has a super form called "Maximum Volume", when he gets all 7 Chaos Emeralds his eyes become red and he glows red, and his soundwaves are much more powerful
