-Chapter 3: The invitation- Grey walked to the sub place to meet his friend. His friend had finished his sub and looking up at Grey said, "That was a good sub...oh..Its time to find the others right?" "Yeah..." Grey said. Grey and Cross walked through the city, large crowds were common, there was a huge baseball game going on, noise was everywhere. They walked and walked until they got caught in a crowd and the crowd didn't want to let them go. "Hey Grey! Let's split up, we'll meet in the center." "OK!" Grey shouted. Grey was getting tired of walking, he was far away from the center of the city, or at least that's what it seemed like. Grey was wondering if he'd ever see his buddies again, the city was large and full of people. Grey was beginning to think he was lost, because he didn't know what to do. Suddenly a strange looking echidna approached him (and got leery XD). The echidna stopped at Grey, he looked tired and was panting. He was a brown echidna with red tips on the ends of his quills, he also had a handlebar mustache. "Ahm done! Ahm done with the job! I didn't know..." the echidna mumbled. "Huh?" Grey asked, he couldn't hear him that well over the panting. "They.... i didn't know they were doin that.... I won't stand with'em! "Who's they? what's going on?" Grey asked. "Th-Th.... J-Just take this" those were his last words before he passed out. In his hand was a envelope with a strange red seal, that had an even stranger pattern on it. It resembled the markings on the bald man's head from before. Were these guys somehow connected? Grey opened the envelope, at the beginning it read "Dear, Snake" "This echidna's name must be snake..." Grey thought, he kept reading. "We are sorry about the confusion that has been going on with your work, we have important business we wish to settle with you. The building is on 321 Ramhoof street. You know what to do -Agent Frazier" At the end it had the same strange mark as the bald dude had, and the seal on the letter. "This invitation... wasn't meant for me" Grey said, "I better find out what's going on here..."
