Whether it's writing a fantasy story, sketching, or even writing a song. It helps me write down whatever it is that I'm feeling bad about, so I can tell people without having to stumble over my words. In other words, I speak better through song lol. I write plenty of songs. I have my own notebook filled with songs I've written before.
