Welcome to Quidditch Battle! This game is a new variant of Modern Quidditch. Instead of using the ball/quaffle to score points and catching the snitch, here you use the ball and the snitch (now a flying box of ammo) to get ammunition to -- cast your spells/shoot your missiles/spray the battlefield with your overpowered machine gun -- and get points by knocking out your adversary. The game last 5 minutes and the person with the most points after those 5 minutes wins the game. You may choose from 3 characters, each with unique abilities and appearance. Prepare to mount your motorised broomsticks and fight! If you prefer WASD to ESDF, just contact me via the comments or my profile and I will put you on the WASD list. ----------------------------How To Play-------------------------- There are 2 players. Player 1 is red, Player 2 is green. Each game lasts 5 minutes. At the end of those 5 minutes, the person with the most points wins. To get points, you shoot the other player. When you shoot, you consume 1 point of ammo. There are 2 ways to get ammunition: throw the ball/quaffle through the moving bar at the other player's goal (P1, red, must score through the bar in front of the red tower, and P2, green, must score through the bar in front of the blue tower), or catch the snitch/flying-box-of-ammo. The snitch/flying box of ammo appears on the screen every so often and will eventually disappear each time, unless you catch it. If you catch it, you will be awarded 50 ammunition. If you throw the ball through the bar, you will be awarded 10 ammunition. When you shoot an enemy, they will be knocked out for a short period of time; 2.5 seconds for the Booster Boy and Sprayer, and 1.25 seconds for the Juggernaut. The same happens when they are hit by a bludger. There is more about the different characters in the game menu. In the game menu, use the left and right arrow keys to navigate through the different characters. To select one, press space momentarily. Thank you to bigB for the original game (2 player Quidditch). This is a VERY heavily modified remix. All player sprites are by me. I have made another remix of his project: Modern Quidditch. You should check it out. And, as a reward for reading this far: Some advice on which characters to choose. This should help! - The Booster Boy is one of the best in Modern Quidditch. Here, he is the hardest to play, especially against the Sprayer. You will have to take advantage of your higher speed and manoeuvrability to NEVER, EVER let the Sprayer get the ball or the flying box of ammo/snitch. If he does, you're as good as dead. This is less important when playing against the Juggernaut, but still a good strategy. Shoot at your every opportunity; your reload is slow, so maximize it. Ammo is not a problem for you. - The Juggernaut is the best suited against the Sprayer and will beat the Booster Boy relatively easily. If against the Sprayer, use your higher speed to score, then try and constantly shoot the Sprayer; your reload is fast enough to be able to keep him out for the count until you run out of ammo or he hits the ground. Do not hesitate to use your boost at the beginning to grab the ball and score. The start is a crucial point in this game. - The Sprayer is simply OP (overpowered). I have already nerfed him down to half his original power, but he is still unbeatable in the right hands. If you hold down the shoot button or simply spam it fast enough, he will shoot more and more projectiles each time, yet whilst only spending one ammo point. Each bullet is still worth one victory point though, so you can potentially get twenty points from one point of ammo. At the beginning of the game, use your boost immediately to grab the ball and score, then pepper your opponent, then score again. You are unbeatable. If you liked this game, please don't forget to love and star! Every 20 loves and favourites, I will add one character to the game. Next character: choice between the Minelayer, and the Beater. Next goal: 20 loves and 20 favourites. More credits: Thank you to for helping test this game and for having remixed my own Modern Quidditch so that I could then remix his unchanged copy of mine so that I could effectively remix my own remix. Thank you to for the idea behind this project.
