If you want, comment your favorites below. Thanks! I have all of the points here, too: 1. God’s way is the best way, and the most fulfilling. 2. What person or thing is better? Rubbish or God? 3. Once you compromise, there is no limit to sin. 4. The pain is greater than the pleasure. 5. Will this action have the entire fruit of the Spirit? 6. Will you care (or remember) this very moment in 20 years? Only if you sin. 7. Giving into sin only makes the craving worse! 8. God is greater than emotion or feelings. Think about the other person’s feelings. 9. Giving up a life of sin for God means true living. 10. Without God, you have nothing. 11. What would Jesus do? - 1 Cor. 6:19-20 12. God knows what we want better than we do. He also knows what we need better than we do. 13. Would it be okay if someone else did it? 14. Whatever is not of faith is sin (Romans 14:13-23). 15. Every sin is 100% evil and 100% destructive. 16. Would you do this if Jesus appeared right in front of you? 17. His commandments are not burdensome (1 John 5:3). 18. Philippians 4:8, “Whatever is things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—think on these things.” 19. Righteousness hurts for a season, but it leads to happiness. Sin pays off for a season, but it leads to destruction and sadness. 20. Sin delights the body and soul, but only righteousness delights the body, soul, and spirit. 21. What is the most loving thing you could do? 22. God’s way is superior to man’s: • Only God’s way has no regrets. • God’s burden is easy and light, man’s is burdensome. • Man just stops evil. God goes from doing evil to doing good. 23. Whether you succeed or fail in doing evil you will feel guilty. 24. A command does not have to make sense to follow it. 25. Sin cannot provide what you need spiritually, physically, mentally, or emotionally. 26. Sin will never say you’ve had enough. Sin will never let you rest. 27. Sin will never give you peace. 28. What are the aftereffects of this sin? Guilt? Shame? Disappointment? Uneasiness? Anger? 29. Be where God wants you to be. 30. [Romans 11:33-36] 31. Cry out to God "Save me!" and "Help me!" 32. Saying yes to God is the best experience you can ever have! 33. Is this worth dying for? 34. God will not withhold one good thing (Psalm 34:10 and Psalm 84:11). 35. Would the person you're going to do this to approve of what you're doing? ~Credits~ Thank you God for ruling over sin!
