I love this song so much and it fits with the second part of Cloudedmoon's backstory. This explains the backstory of another one of my OC's, Fire, as well. Something wasn't right. Cloudedmoon knew she had to leave SilverClan, for at least the time being. "I have to leave." Cloudedmoon whispered, facing Stormshadow with the truth right away. But whatever Cloudedmoon expected, it was not the reaction she got. "I know what you mean," Stormshadow whispered, "I have that feeling too." Cloudedmoon stared at her sister, shocked. "Really?" She asked, letting a kit-like squeak. "Yes, really." Stormshadow purred, "Let's go." "Who are you?" Cloudedmoon woke with a start, to see an orange tabby tom. "I-I'm Cloudedmoon, and this is my sister Stormshadow." Cloudedmoon answered, as Stormshadow flickered open her eyes. "Clan names..." The cat whispered, then shook his head. "I'm Fire." He smiled, and Cloudedmoon met his gaze. It was warmer than Night's was, and she found somewhat comfort in it. Fire paused, scenting the air. "You don't smell like any Clan I know." Stormshadow sat up proudly, "We're from SilverClan. It's a new Clan, and we were the first kits to be born in it." Fire dipped his head, "That would explain." Cloudedmoon carried her fresh-kill back to where Stormshadow and Fire were sitting. They were talking, and for some reason, Cloudedmoon felt a tug of jealousy. Then Cloudedmoon remembered something. Fire knew about the Clans. "Remember the night we first met?" Cloudedmoon asked, and Fire dipped his head, "What about it?" Taking a deep breath, Cloudedmoon asked, "You'd heard of the Clans?" Fire stared at her stunned for a second. "I'm a mouse-brain." He hissed under his breath. "I suppose you should know if you'll be staying with me." Fire sighed. Stormshadow tipped her head, "Know what?" She asked. "My backstory." Fire responded. "I was born outside the Clans. But my parents were born as Clan cats... Finchstar, and Dandelionpool." Fire paused, Stormshadow stared at him in shock, while Cloudedmoon just listened. "I see you've heard of him. Well, my mother had been exiled after Finchstar was killed. But that wasn't the only reason she'd been exiled. She was a medicine cat, and... she was expecting kits. So me and my brother, Shadow, were left to be rouges. Not long after, Dandelionpool died, and we were left alone. We were only kits. We chose to join a group of rouges that wanted revenge on the Clans. The group launched an attack on BlizzardClan, but I when I saw the Clan, I realised that I didn't want to fight them. I wanted to join them. But I attacked them anyway. Probably the worst decision I could have made." Fire stared at the ground. "But after the battle I left the rouges. I asked to join BlizzardClan, but they refused, thinking it was some trick. They would have killed me if Shadow, my brother, who had also left the rouges, didn't save me. We lived as loners, until Shadow got bored, and mad at the Clans. I tried to explain sense into him, but he wouldn't listen. The last thing I wanted was to be left alone, so I attacked him. It was a dangerous fight, and it ended in tall trees. He slipped under my paws, and fell to the ground. Ashamed of what I'd done, I ran as far as I could." Fire looked up, expecting anger from the the two cats, but instead, their gazes were friendly. "No cat likes me. No cat wants me, unless you count dead." Cloudedmoon stepped forwards, burying her head in his fur, "I want you." She whispered, aware of Stormshadow rolling her eyes. Fire looked up gratefully. "You mean it?" He asked, and Cloudedmoon nodded. I'm going to make a part 2 with this song, because this will be too long to fit in one part. I'm also hoping to make an AMV with this song, not sure if I'll complete it though.
