Her overprotective parents kept her from so much as wondering a few steps away from them, however. One day when her parents brought her along to visit the apothecary, the owner Eula suggested allowing Chai join Fantanisa, a guild filled with many talented adventurers. She saw the potential in her and knew her curiosity should not be contained. Her parents, knowing that Eula wasn't of the common folks, eventually agreed. Just as Eula had predicted, Chai was indeed quite an outstanding member of the guild, despite not having any magical abilities. She was forever grateful for the opportunity Eula gave him and frequently brought her rare herbs that could only be found in foreign places.
