new oc! - - - - - - - ✂ ↳ Welcome! :-D ↳ Today I made another OC! Her parents are very strict and wealthy and she goes to boarding school and wears a uniform - which she is wearing. I also decided to add a lil sprout on the top of her head just for fun :3 ↳ While I entered for @ciaochloe's dmc, I was inspired to draw more detailed work. My characters are rather plain.
