Inspired by the popular horror game Scrutinized, comes RootCrack, a mini game found inside it. You are attempting to crack the phone of a suspect. You will have to crack 10 parts of the suspects phone while defending your house from various enemies who are invading outside. Additionally, you must crack the phone before the RootCrack security timer runs out. To start cracking, simply drag the slider forward and backwards until you hear a "Ping" or the intel chip lights up. Once you pinpoint the number where the ping is constantly playing, CRACK it. Click on the Security Camera button to open the sec cams. If you see an intruder, press SPACE to flash them off. Tips: - Use the arrow keys (< & >) to control the RootCracker more accurately. -Check the Security Cameras constantly, as the bad guys will attempt to sneak in constantly. -Occasionally, you may be able to hear their footsteps. Use this sound cue to flash them away. -Don't flash for too long, as your fuse will break and you will be unable to flash for two seconds. Flash your light in very short bursts. -Don't drag the slider too quickly, or else the RootCracker may not have time to notice the "ping." -Constantly check your security cameras. -Watch the shack in your backyard. You will not be able to see the intruders if they are under your shack. Flash a few times just in case. -You will have 2 minutes and 15 seconds to complete the crack. There are two types of enemies: - Jeremy (Dark Suit, sometimes cannot hear his footsteps) - Alexandre (Bald, Loud Footsteps) NORMAL MODE: -Occasional sound cues (clang, footsteps, etc) -135 seconds -10 stages to crack
