Double click (X2) the flag so it can work properly!!! also side note this was BEFORE chapter 2 just didnt share it here until now thank you for everyone who helped for me to transfer flip a clip animations on to scratch! it was really helpful! Even though u might not get a full screen you at least have the animation! <3
