so, i went swimming with a friend today bc yknow, why not? swimming can be fun especially when you're drowning your best friend- (no, i did not drown my friend, but we did joke around about doing it bc that's how we are) ANYWAY, we had snacks and stuff bc just why not, and we ended up finding a frog. it was trapped in this thing near the pool (idk what it was lol) along with another frog except the other frog was dead. so we rescued him and he swam with us in the pool, mainly we held him above the water while we swam so he didn't go under. we named the frog bobert bc why not. we played games and stuff while keeping an eye on bobert to make sure he didn't jump into the pool or anything. yeah basically my friend and i adopted a frog for a few hours and joked around about how we were parents and my friend's mom was a grandma to a frog. my friend decided that they were the mother of the frog and i was the father so yeah. we swam around with bobert and just had fun in the pool and stuff. we ended up having to let bobert go, which made my friend sad bc they wanted to keep him but their mom wouldn't let them bc they don't have the right things to take care of him, and my friend's mom didn't wanna take him home and in the morning have him be dead. so we let him go and yeah. i got pictures of bobert which i sent to my friend bc they wanted me to.
