This is Whitecap the Trench-Sea hybrid from Dark Waters. She was abused by both SeaWings and TrenchWngs for being a hybrid and her parents were killed when they tried to defend her. She is very good at singing, and this song is basically her backstory. (Her flashes turn out as dark red in the water, but other than that she's mostly seawing)
