(But it wasn't done in time, so I had to forfeit.) ◄Instructions (advanced)► ►Your special ability (spacebar) has a cooldown time, called MP. Your MP is the blue bar below your HP (health), and it signifies how many times you can use your ability. When you hit space, you use up some MP (don't worry, it restores naturally). All abilities use different amounts of MP. ►When in your locker, you might notice that different items have different "tiers" an them. The higher the tier, the better the item is. They are in Roman Numerals though, so if you're not entirely sure what means what, in numerals, 1=I, 2=II, 3=III, 4=IV, 5=V ►There are 13 different "status effects" which enemy shots can inflict on you. They are: -Slowed- slows you down. -Paralyzed- makes you unable to move. -Stunned- makes you unable to shoot. -Dazed- makes you shoot less often. -Weak- makes your shots deal less damage. -Silent- makes you unable to use your space bar and stops your MP from restoring. -Quiet- sets your MP to 0. -Blind- makes your vision worse. -Darkness- makes your vision very bad around the edges. -Confused- flips your movement controls. -Sick- you stop restoring HP. -Drunk- distorts your screen horribly. ►When you open up your stats with B, you may be confused as to what they all mean. Here's a quick explanation: -Dexterity- How much time between each of your shots (less is good; note that when an item says, "plus [amount] of dexterity" it means that it is actually decreasing wait time between shots. -Vitality- How much health you restore per second. -Wisdom- How much MP you restore per second ◄NOTE► ►I am not making this as a "copy" of RotMG. This is wholly separate, with some of its own concepts. The boss fights are not "copies" of RotMG's boss fights; they are wholly original. I don't even play RotMG. ►I understand that there are glitches. However, please don't spam in the comments that you found a glitch. What you think is a glitch might actually be intentional. However, if you do think you're found one, please politely say that in the comments and give context. What items were you using? What level were you in? That sort of thing. ►Despite this, many "bugs" in this game are intentional. For instance, you being stunned while text is occurring. Or all of the enemies in the Outpost suddenly dying when you are partway through the Red Dragon boss fight. (This is to prevent lag.) ►There will be a sequel to this game. My ultimate goal is to make it multiplayer, which while possible, is not realistic unless cloud lists are added, since most of the data in this game is controlled via list. ►Someone told me about an odd bug where the speaker sprite does not hide after text ends. I've "fixed" it by adding a feature where, if you encounter this bug, press N to hide that sprite. ◄Update Log► ►8/22/2020, v1.0.0, initial release. ►8/23/2020, v1.1.0, changed enemies, bags, and portals to include clone ID. Lag should be reduced. ►8/30/2020, v1.1.1, fixed portal glitch and a costume bug. Edited description to clarify features. NOTE!!! Link to sequel here:
