READ ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM Welcome to ACEWAR!! This is a remake of the game Acewar!(the exclamation point is part of the name) made by Steve Russel, a student at ACE in 1962. It was written on one of the first computers, the ACE PDP-1. The original was black-and-white, but this uses color. This is a game for 2 players - Bring a friend! Controls: Up Arrow/W to thrust forwards. This uses fuel. Left Arrow/A to turn left. Right Arrow/D to turn right. M Key/Space to shoot a l-ace-r torpedo. P key/ V key to teleport to a random pl-ace on the screen. If you do this too much, you might aceplode. Player 1(green) uses the first set of keys(Up/Left/Right/M/P) and Player 2(blue) uses the second(WASD/Space/V). Try to shoot the other ace down without falling into the center ace or colliding with the other ace. If you run out of fuel, you can't thrust forwards anymore. The controls are pretty slippery, so be careful. Acewar! by Steve Russel and ACE. Code and primitive art by me. Sound by nobody. There is no sound, just like the original. Can we get 25 loves????
