Okay i made an oc named Riza, shes a bnha oc~ Her quirk? Orbit, her quirk lets her have her own atmosphere that can have a radius of 10ft, said the atmosphere is full of helium and nothing else. Anyone else who steps into the atmosphere will not be able to breath, and due to a crazy amount of helium, they will float. They will fall to the ground after floating out of her atmosphere. She cant breath oxygen, only helium. She cant float in her own atmosphere. Even those she looks innocent, she really isn't. She is apart of the league of villains!
