My entries for @-squichaii- 's 1K DTA. MOUSE CONTROLS +Click anywhere to view art like a powerpoint presentation!
EDIT: Did a big 'ol mess-up and had to reupload! I thought it would take me longer to remake it since I'm kind of new to Scratch but I guess not! NOTE: This is not my DTA! This project is my entry to someone else's DTA. This character is super cute, so I though I'd have a go at making art and a little music/ theme song for her! I also kind of drew another outfit for her too. (Also, I'll probably reuse her info for a different OC if I don't end up with her because I like what I've come up with ehehe!) --- BEACH ENTRY #rae1k My Plans: I have been working on a piratey-kind of D&D campaign, and think she would fit well into the story as a fully-developed NPC, but until the story plot gets fleshed out some more, I would use her as a comfort OC and work on building more on her character and personal story! (But I'd definitely still use her regardless of the campaign!) Name: Clover Atwater Age: 22 Gender: Female Height: 5'4 Species: Magical Human Personality: Clover is one to keep to herself, she relishes in moments of peace, but has little to no trouble interacting with others even though she carries a hint of mysteriousness to her. She doesn't share much when it comes to her personal life, whether that be out of mistrust or not caring to share. She's kindhearted and easily holds guilt for things that even hint at being caused by her, but internalizes things rather than facing them. She is pretty passive in that area, only really emotionally confiding in her mother. Short Bio: Although Clover was born to a sailor dedicated to the sea, and a withdrawn townie of the land, she had never met the former, her father. She would only hear stories from word of her mother about the man who would love her on occasion until one day, never returning. Although it would sadden her mother to talk about him, Clover grew to have a fascination with the sea through those memories. Her mother doesn't know what became of him, but Clover continues to hope he is still out there, alive. Her mother was one of the most mysterious people in the town they lived, which surprised most people when they learned who Clover was from. For most of her childhood, she mimicked her mother's behavior, which caused the initial drawback from school peers and neighbors until she grew to her mid-teens. She decided to explore who she was at that point due to exposing herself to the town's tourists out of curiosity, and although that person turned out to not to be so similar to her mother, her mother supported her. Regardless, she lead a lonely but calming lifestyle and hoped to meet her father in due time. Her mother fears mysteriously losing her to the sea like her father and tries to keep her occupied with other things, so Clover has a few hobbies; creating bead and wire jewelry, singing, and scrap-booking. (Especially on the beach, but don't tell her mom-- haha.) Currently, she is building the courage to explore places farther from home as her curiosity grows with her age. Trivia: +She always carries a bag or two with her in the case she gets the craving to create something. +She carries a small Polaroid camera in her bag. +She spends most of her time on her small town's beach and dock. +Unbeknownst to her and the rest of the town, her mother is a witch, and had bound Clover to the land for her safety when she was born through a spell. Due to this, Clover may think of traveling the seas, but most likely won't do so unless something breaks that spell. +Her little tune (in this project) is called Sailor's Girl. I wanted to create something that would fit her calm yet curious nature with a hint of mystery. I also tried to make it sound just a little glum as well... but who knows how well that came across. It's pretty short, but I wanted to get the idea across! +When it comes to her role in the D&D campaign, she'll most likely join the group of players and discover the binding spell that was cast on her, and removing it would become a sidequest. During the quest, she'll go through some angst with her mother and find out more about the darker side of her dad when she finally makes it to the sea. --- Scripting: Character Design: Art: + Font: Cute Frog Font by Zulfikar Ali on dafont.com Music: ID - Romsii / SFX: Scratch --- 8/21/2020: Initial remix, basic scripting + music. 8/23/2020: Art, more scripting + shared to Scratch! 8/26/2020: Made images smoother.
