Backstory ------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Hunger Games is a fight to the death held by the capitol hosted annually. Each of the 12 districts give two "tributes" of age 12-18 to the capitol who will participate in The Games. When a lone victor remains, they get a new home in "The Victors' Village" and are given many, many riches from the capitol. These games are set in the future where there are no countries on earth, only one super continent known as Panem.
