Comment below the color
For what it's worth, this is my desktop wallpaper for a Microsoft computer. I have the automatic color picker setting where it takes a color from your background and makes it your theme color. I got this color by using a color picker that zeroes in on a pixel and selects that color. I used a picture of the dress, which I see gold and white. I then took that color and made this with it.
